Little Panthers is our fun Taekwon-Do based programme for 4.5 - 6 year olds.

Juniors

Age 7+

Junior classes take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

 

Junior classes are sorted into Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.

Teens & Adults

Age 13+

Teens and adult classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Elite sessions are open to Black tags and above only.

Friern Barnet and East Finchley school is an affiliate of Pantera TKD and run by
