Founded in 1997 at Middlesex University, our school has been proudly teaching ITF Taekwon-Do, a traditional Korean martial art, for over 25 years! ITF Taekwon-Do focuses on traditional techniques, patterns, sparring andpractical self-defence skills, giving students a deeper understanding of the art.

We welcome students of all ages, levels, abilities, and backgrounds, and are especially proud of the strong participation of girls and women, including many at black belt level!
