Mr Moreno
started training Taekwon-Do Moo-Duk Kwan style in 1973 in Mexico
City under Korean Master Dai Won Moon and World full-contact
champion Ramiro Guzman.
For several years he participated in
local and national tournaments both individually and as member
of the junior team.
After moving to the UK he decided to give
his Taekwon-Do carreer a radical twist by switching to ITF style.
As
a competitor in this country he participated in numerous UK events
such as the British Championships, English Open, Welsh Open,
Taekwon-Do Sport as well as various local and regional competitions.
He has undertaken courses and seminars with the late General
Choi-Hong Hi, Master Tran Trieu Quan, Master O Ellis, Master
H Marano, Master W Bos, Master Trajtenberg, Mr W Van Der Mortel,
Mr J Jedut and Grand Master Ree-Ki Ha amongst others. |
He started
his teaching career in 1994 as an assistant instructor and in
1998 he opened-up his own schools in North London, from which
several Black Belts including an instructor with his own school
have emerged.
He is currently a V Dan International Instructor.
His clubs are
part of Ellis Taekwon-Do Association and he is fully committed
to the proper teaching of the original form of the Art.
